The majority of this clientele is made up of the typical W2 earners. Some are 1099 Misc, Small Business, and a couple of Large Clients. In addition to these, there are 20+ accounting clients monthly. The sales approach has been non-confrontational with a high level of skill in referrals and retention. Most (85%) of the clients, even new, are either internet or faxed or mailed in, straight referrals from existing clients. The ideal buyer would be an understanding individual/company with a genuine care for the needs of the clients. The buyer should be in the area but the location is not a huge factor in this practice.
