Many have rental properties. Due to the location of the practice, the client base includes professionals in the high tech industry. Organizers are sent out in December to the clients who use them. This last season, the seller interviewed 175 of approximately 300 clients at the office. Clients expect high quality of work and a fairly fastturn around. 85% of the revenue is individual tax returns.
