Description:
• Established Calgary CPA firm desires to sell a block of assurance clients as two partners are retiring. • One staff member is available which the sellers would like to share 60% of the wage costs for 2022 and if desired, purchaser can hire full time for 2023 • The first year ends for the Purchaser to work on would be December 31, 2021 (work starting in February 2022). • At the discretion of the purchaser the sellers would be willing to work on some of the year ends in some capacity, remuneration to be agreed between the parties. •This would also help ensure a smooth transition and solidify client retention. • Sellers looking to close prior to December 31, 2021
