- Transition Plan: An agreed transition plan may include coordinated client communications, key relationship introductions, transfer of institutional knowledge, systems migration, employee and contractor discussions and a defined period of seller support. The scope, duration and economics of transition assistance will be negotiated with the successful buyer.
- Office and Lease Optionality: The current office lease is described by the seller as highly flexible. A buyer may retain the location, use it for a defined client and employee transition period, or consolidate the operation into an existing Burnaby, Vancouver, Surrey or regional office. Assignment rights, landlord consent, occupancy cost and timing remain subject to due diligence and final transaction terms. As of October 1, 2026 the lease is on a month to month basis.
