The tax and consulting work can be complex at times, with many Schedule Cs for clients in retail, services, professionals, manufacturing, real estate. There are not many simple returns, but do have non-complex fiduciary tax clientele. The seller refers and works with, but does not directly employ bookkeepers, payroll services, and IT technicians to support clients. Many of the clients use QuickBooks.   Although the practice has been largely closed to new clients recently, there is room to grow and healthy demand coming from several outstanding referral sources.
