This is a tax practice, no audits or financial statements. The practice is heavily loaded with clients who are ministers, missionaries, churches and Christian ministry organizations. This niche had been developed over 15 years of providing Ministerial & Church Tax seminars and working with about 300 different churches over the years. The missionary client base came through former colleagues from the missionary organization from before and further referrals from other missions and missionaries. The clientele taxes are heavily loaded with mostly tax returns done via E-Mail and mail. This CPA now generally only does about 6 to 10 personal interviews. About 45-50% of the clients go on extension until October 15 and several non-profits have due dates in November. 45% of the revenue is generated during tax season. Clients are located all over the United States and the world. The seller has had some clients he has never met but has worked with for over thirty years.
