The client base is made up of a well rounded group of small businesses and Individuals. A large portion of the gross revenue is attributed to tax preparation (75%), Accounting makes up 14%, and miscellaneous services make up the remaining 11%. This is a two partner firm and there is some flexibility regarding how the practice will transition to the buyer. It may be difficult to replace both partners immediately but this will depend on the buyer's circumstances.
