The individuals include real estate professionals, architects, investors, and Silicon Valley executives. Included in the service mix is over 100 payroll tax returns. QuickBooks support is also offered as a service. During tax season about 50% of the clients come to the office. Approximately 250-300 of the returns are on extension every year and there are 250-300 drop offs or mail ins. This practice embodies the definition of "owner operator". The owner has successfully provided personal service at a fair price. The transition to a paperless office is close to completion.
