The client mix consists of small businesses such as building contractors, building developers, metal fabricator, recycling operator, architect, dentist, insurance broker, employees with side businesses, and retired individuals. The only niche is small building contractors and developers. The current location will not be available so the buyer will need a new office location, preferably in San Francisco. About 40% of the clients visit the office for an annual interview. The billing rate is $330 per hour and staff is $154. Both pro-rated to quarter hours. Clients call for advice on legal as well as tax matters. They expect referrals when the seller is unable to assist them.
