This is a well-diversified clientele, including LLC's, partnerships, S corps and C Corps, business owners, self-employed professionals, senior management employees, attorneys, IT and other professionals, and general service and retail businesses. Many individuals are high net worth clients, have a significant number of employee stock option, RSU and ESPP transactions, and significant number of clients are involved in real estate transactions. There is some Trust and Estate field including estate planning and preparation of Fiduciary tax returns. Some of the clients have multiple state returns and even international activity. There are about 10 same sex marriage CRDP clients. This firm emphasizes tax planning services and uses BNA software to prepare tax projections. The practice could be relocated but retention of clients will be best if the practice is located in the Financial District.
