This is mostly a personal tax return preparation practice with a mix of small businesses. There are 30-40 intel employees with stock options, 98% of the clients meet at the home office and there are 10 long-time elderly clients who have been receiving house calls. They charge by the form with additional accounting fees if the data is not well organized.   There are also some accounting fees of less than $3,000 per year. About 10% of the revenue is generated outside of the traditional tax season. All the clients are in the Sacramento area with most in Folsom.
