The clientele is made up of individuals. This is a well rounded mix of seniors with investments, Schedule C filers, and Schedule E filers. There are quite a few Forms 1041 that relate to the individual returns. There are some C and S corporations, LLC's, 706's, 709's and 990's occasionally. Other services offered include payroll services as well as sales tax, worker's compensation calculations, etc. There are 6 special district audits. If the buyer does not plan to lease the current location, he/she should be located in coastal North San Diego County as this is where most of the clients are located.
