Description:
The practice has been in place at the current location for 20 years. Most audit clients are construction or nonprofits. Billing rate $180/hour. Accounting, bookkeeping, and compilations make up a small percentage of the revenue (5%). Tax related work generates 45% of the gross and audits make up the other 50%. Ideally, the buyer will maintain the current office space for a year but should be able to operate the practice in San Diego or East County. Approximately 25% of the clients meet with the partners for a tax interview annually. The buyer must have the capacity to do taxes as well as audits, reviews and compilations.
