The tax clients consists of individuals, corporations, and partnerships. There are monthly, quarterly, and yearly bookkeeping clients. The bookkeeping clients receive services such as profit and loss statements, bank reconciliations, sales tax forms, payroll tax forms (do not write payroll checks), etc. There are no reviews or certified audits. The seller is willing to rent out office space to buyer. The clients are used to very personal service. Most have been with the practice for several years and refer all of their friends and family each year. Like most practices, this one started out with few clients and now have more than they can handle and they are looking to sell about 1000 individuals and 200 business accounts.
