This is a straight forward tax practice with a broad spectrum of clients. Everything from Small corporate entities to individuals with W-2 income. The buyer's office should be located in Orange County. The current lease expires in May 2012 but can be renewed. Services include collection representation, audit representation, and consulting service ($175/hour). Tax return preparation fees are based on the schedules needed for the return. The majority of the clients have been with the practice for several years and are very loyal customers. Many of the clients had tax problems of one sort or another and the seller was able to establish a reasonable payment plan with IRS or FTB and instructed them on proper withholding or estimated tax payments and therefore they are grateful and no longer have any tax problems. Clients continue to refer friends and family. Each year, the seller raises prices for the tax service moderately without complaints.
