The typical client is young with dependent children, income under 50 thousand income, subject to various gov't programs. The practice is a franchise and therefore can be relocated, however, the practice enjoys a 76% retention rate and the location may be a factor. Virtually all of the clients meet in the office; overall, there may have been 25 clients who send in their material for completion and interact either on phone or email.
