This practice, in operation since the early 90's, has grown to its present level of nearly $800K in revenues which have remained fairly consistent for at least the past four years. Accounting services are provided on a monthly basis to essentially two business sectors contributing to efficiencies in servicing those accounts. An additional two sectors comprise a smaller percentage of the accounting services revenues. A good portion of the tax preparation and payroll services are connected to these accounting clients. The balance of tax services revenues is from traditional "tax only" clients served primarily on a once per year basis. Long term, capable staff are in place and will stay to help assure a smooth, successful transition of clients. The present owner is also willing to participate in a longer term transition, gradually reducing hours part-time program to add additional assurance of client retention.
