Stephen Weldon has been a sales and acquisition specialist for Accounting Practice Sales since 2005. His focus is on the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky markets. Steve is experienced in every aspect of the sales process, from practice valuation and marketing, negotiations and deal structure, to closing and transition. Prior to joining APS, he had a successful 28-year career with a Fortune 500 company. Steve’s diverse background in marketing, sales and finance positions him to understand and meet the needs of both sellers and buyers. Steve is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

Thomas Weldon began his career on Wall Street in investment banking, before a transition to mid-market private equity. He has worked with organizations on both the buy-side and the sell-side, bringing experience that spans the life cycle of a deal—from sourcing and valuation, to structuring, financing, and execution. Prior to Accounting Practice Sales, Thomas held leadership positions in accounting, finance, and operations for a leading financial services company. He helped the company grow both organically and through acquisition before a successful exit to investors. Thomas graduated from Columbia University with a degree in economics.
