•Approximately 40% of the billings are agricultural related. The buyer must be knowledgeable in the services required as this is a specialty, and the farm clients will expect the buyer to be conversant in their industry.
•Gross revenue for 2024 continues to grow, YTD billings have increased by 22% over 2023. Forecasted billings for 2024 are $1,100,000
•The area is underserviced, new client acquisitions and enquiries occur regularly. Located a reasonable distance away from several metropolitan areas, the local area is growing rapidly.
