•70 Corporate accounts with a mix of monthly, quarterly and annual billings representing 46% of annual billings; 111 T2 returns representing 10% of billings; 275 T1 returns representing 30% of billings;
•Consulting revenue generated from NFPO and for profit businesses; representing approximately $55,000 of billings. It is desirable the buyer has sufficient NFPO and audit experience to continue these services
•Employees are set up to work both remotely and in the office. Clients appreciate the ability to meet with the seller as needed so this cannot be converted to a 100% virtual practice.
