This is a good mix of clients. Approximately 80 - 90% of the clients visit the office at least once a year.  The seller does not recommend relocating the practice out of the current area, but the practitioner wouldn't have to live in Escalon. They are currently using value billing with a base rate of $ 150.00 per hour with a higher rate on special projects.  Approximately 16% of current billable work occurs outside the busy season.  Most of the significant clients are located locally or within 15 miles of the office.  Within that radius are the cities of Modesto, Oakdale, Riverbank, Ripon, and Manteca.
