This practice recently changed hands and has been improved in several ways. For example, the office is now paperless. It has been a one man practice with clients in the construction, restaurant, day care, equip rental, homeowner assoc, publishing, and other types of business and professionals. This EA/CPA handles payroll for half dozen clients using Quck-Books/MultiCHAX software. The billing rate is $75-$150 per hour. During tax season, a part time contractor might be needed, but in the last several seasons owner has had no help. If the buyer is ambitious & interested in marketing, the business could be built up.
