- T1s – approximately 46% of revenue with 1,000 clients averaging $450 per return.
- Other returns (1040) approximately 5% of revenue with 200 clients averaging $250 per return
- GST returns and consulting approximately 2% of revenues
•Excellent cash flow to owner
•This is not a CPA practice and buyer does not have to be a CPA
•Practice originally established in 1985 and current owner has owned since 2008
•Diverse scope of industries served.
•Approximately 2,200 SF of ground floor office space in a professional building in downtown Vancouver with comfortable individual offices and five employee parking spaces. Monthly rent is $7,000, lease assumable and on a month to month basis.
•Team consists of owner (full time), five full time employees plus one part time in tax season. Other than the owner, all are available to continue with the buyer.
